Veneta Andonova, Professor of Business at AUBG, talked about the PESTEL analysis method. Asli Goksoy, also a Business faculty at AUBG, talked about the different classical models of organizational culture. Jana Schmutzler, PhD student at Bergische Universität Wuppertal, presented the newest findings in the field, after which all three professors answered questions from the audience.

President Plevneliev talked about the dependency of the government on oligarchic structures, the ineffective judiciary system, the under-performing economy, the lack of government transparency, and the poor quality of healthcare. However, the President finished on an optimistic note, remarking that the future is bright and that “every one of us matters in our journey towards the European democracy and prosperity.”
